In 2003, the Festival de Cannes inaugurated the "Music Masterclass" to celebrate the art of composers and highlight the importance of music as a form of film-writing.
This year it is the turn of actor and composer Patrick Doyle, discovered on screen in Kenneth Branagh's Henry V and who is associated with the worlds of Brian de Palma, Régis Wargnier, Robert Altman and Chen Kaige, to give his "Music Masterclass" on Monday May 16th at 2.30pm in Salle Buñuel.
This event will be hosted by Stéphane Lerouge.
