Synopsis
It is the tenth of August, the night of San Lorenzo. The sky is full of shooting stars. A woman makes a wish: to tell person dear to her story of another night of San Lorenzo, many years ago. The film fulfils that wish: it tells a tale of a caravan of women, men and children who, in Toscany in the summer of 1944, refuse the German order to gather together in the city cathedral, and set off in search of their own liberation.
