MURDER BY NUMBERS
Synopsis
The body of a young woman is found in a ditch in the woods of the smallCalifornia coastal town of San Benito. Cassie Mayweather, the seasoned
homicide detective and crime scene specialist are assigned to the case along with her new partner Sam Kennedy.
The two detectives make their way through microscopic hints of evidence,
which seem to indicate a random act of violence, but Cassie has a gut feeling that there is more to this murder than meets the eye.
The evidence leads the detectives to two young men, Richard Haywood and Justin Pendleton who form a strange duo, and Cassie, after having
interrogated them, develops a disturbing theory: Richard and his friend
Justin may have committed the perfect crime....
