Synopsis
TV City is a large metropolis devoted to television. At the helm of the media empire sits the very powerful and successful "Media Czar" - director of the hightech studios, which are the most advanced and expensive in the world... When several minor unanticipated problems arise, the operators and technicians are baffled.
