3 DAYS IN CANNES!

For the first time this year, 1,500 film lovers, aged from 18-28, have been invited to the Festival de Cannes. For three whole days (from 17 to 19 May), they will enjoy an opportunity to discover the 71st Festival and the films in the Official Selection.

What is "3 DAYS IN CANNES"?
A 3-day pass giving access to a dedicated programme from the Official Selection (Competition, Out of Competition, Special Screenings, Un Certain Regard, Cannes Classics, Cinéma de la plage) and to the Palais des Festivals.

Who is it for?
Cinema lovers, enthusiasts, film buffs, collectors, diehard fans, aficionados, the curious, the greedy, gourmets, admirers, and obsessives… aged between 18 and 28.

When and where?
In Cannes, on 17, 18, 19 May 2018 – a chance to experience the final 3 days of the event and enjoy the Festival on the Croisette. Badges can be collected from Wednesday 16 May 2018 at the Palais des Festivals.

 

When and where can I pick up my “3 DAYS IN CANNES” badge?

You can pick up your badge in Cannes at the Palais des Festivals
Accreditations entrance, from 16 May 2018
(no badges will be available prior to this date)

 

Important note: Badges are non-transferable, and a proof of identity will be requested when you pick up your badge. The badge is strictly for your personal use and must not be transferred, loaned or traded. The badge must be worn in a visible place so it can be easily checked throughout the Festival zone

Which zone can I access with my “3 DAYS IN CANNES” badge?

With your badge, you will be able to access the Palais des festivals and its projection rooms, from Thursday 17 May until Saturday 18 May inclusive. You will also be able to access the Cinéma les Arcades and the Cinéma de la Plage.

Which screenings can I access with my “3 DAYS IN CANNES” badge?

From Thursday 17 May, with your badge, you will be able to access Official Selection screenings (Competition, Out of Competition, Special Screenings, Un Certain Regard, Cannes Classics, Cinéma de la plage).

  • Access to Palais screenings:

the “3 DAYS IN CANNES” pass gives you the same access rights to Official Selection screenings as film industry badge-holders: Upon presentation of the badge – and subject to availability – to screenings in the Debussy, Buñuel and Soixantième Theatres. You will have the same access rights to screenings in the Grand Théâtre Lumière , i.e. by invitation only, and with just a small number of invitations available.

screenings have been specially reserved for you on 17 and 18 May, upon presentation of the “3 DAYS IN CANNES” badge, and subject to availability.

Just like all festival-goers, the dress code is smart for all screenings, and evening wear is required for gala screenings (7:00 pm and 10:00 pm) at the Grand Théâtre Lumière!
