Collection of "Festival Press Cards"
The Press accreditation card is to be collected upon your arrival at the Accreditations office in the Palais des Festivals. The "Festival Press Card" is personalized (name - passport photo - represented media) and allows you access to both press screenings and press conferences according to the number of available seats. The Festival Press Card is not transferable and must be visible at all times.

Festival PublicationsIn addition to the general information contained in the various publications handed out to attendees in the Festival Bag - including the Official Program, Official Catalogue, Screening Schedule and Practical Guide.
N.B.1: The Schedule Guide for screenings and press conferences is presented to you when you withdraw your badge and you'll be able to download it on this website a few days before the Festival's opening.
N.B.2: You can download the online List of Participants which will be available from the beginning of May from your Personal Accredited File and updated throughout the Festival.
TV Festival, the official Cannes Festival TV Channel
For twelve days non-stop, TV Festival provides exclusive coverage of all the events in both French and English: ceremonies, red carpets, photo calls, interviews, press conferences, magazines, special reports and more. All these images and pre-edited subjects are distributed in France and abroad to the media who so request it.

The Official Website of the Festival
Site of general and practical information about the Festival all year round, www.festival-cannes.com covers the latest news during the event, along with articles, photos, audiofiles and videos. Online information is updated several times a day throughout the site and highlighted in the "Best-of".
The site's "press" section enables journalists to download notably: the Festival's pressbook, available pressbooks of films in the Official Selection and their free-of-rights photos, posters (Official and Un Certain Regard), as well as a selection of institutional photos. Journalists can also podcast the film's press conferences and the Masterclasses and sign up for RSS feeds to get the latest information.
The Festival DailyThe Daily provides the schedules for the screenings of the day and next day, and highlights the key events organised by the Festival. It is distributed at the entrances of the Palais, information points as well as in certain hotels.

SCREENINGS
- Official Selection Press Screenings
The press screenings for the Official Selection are reserved for journalists on the basis of their accreditation card category and according to the number of available seats. A timetable of the press screenings and conferences is distributed to accredited journalists. Nevertheless, we invite you to double-check using the daily screenings schedule, as both the programme and access conditions are subject to change.

Marché du Film Screenings
The press does not have priority access to the Cannes Market screenings and must be granted authorisation by the producer or the distributor (for more information, see the Cannes Market News daily publication)
- Screenings of films in sidebars
The press accreditation card is necessary and sufficient to attend the projections of the Directors' Fortnight and the Critic's Week, according to the number of available seats.
Press Conferences
The press conferences for the films in the Official Selection are exclusively reserved for accredited journalists on the basis of their accreditation card category and according to the availability of seats. Television crew access to the press conference room is organised by the Audiovisual Press Department of the Festival. All press conferences of films in the Official Selection are broadcast (in French and in English) on TV Festival de Cannes.
The Steps
For Gala Screenings, accredited television companies and photographers may sign up with the Audiovisual Press Department who will provide them, according to the number of available emplacements, with an authorisation to access the sites reserved for filming and installing technical equipment.
Evening dress / black tie (tuxedo) is required for all evening screenings.
Photo Calls
The photo calls, which usually precede the press conference, allow accredited press photographers, who are also in possession of a special authorisation provided by the Audiovisual Press Department, to take pictures of the filmmakers and actors of the films in Official Selection. Only TV Festival de Cannes is authorised to film photo calls.
SERVICES
Wifi zone
The Wifi café provides a wide range of first-class services for the press. Journalists enjoy a free and unlimited Wifi connection.
The Wifi zone will also include the services which are offered to the accredited photographers, from the printing of the photographs to their distribution (on CD, by the internet, printed pictures, etc.) A multilingual staff will be there to advise and help.
Press room
The Press Room is equipped with the latest in modern technology, complete with internet connections. Multilingual staff are also on hand to advise and help.
Press Boxes
Nearly 1800 press boxes are located on the Press Floor. Journalists with a press box have direct access to the documentation in French or English.
Trailer Coordinating Office
Excerpts and trailers from films in the official Selection can be provided by the TV liaison office, in accordance with FIAPF regulations.
TV Interview Sets
Two interview sets with sea views are at the disposal of film crews from all over the world on the Riviera Terrace. Information regarding these sets will be provided during the event by the Audiovisual Press Department.
Media Support Area (Zone Média)
Premises for rent are available in the Palais. They can be accessed day and night and include furniture, wall-to-wall carpeting and electric boxes. For more information, contact the Audiovisual Press Office.
The Club
For all accredited journalists, the Club offers a friendly environment and meeting place, where free coffee and juice are served. There are French and English screenings of the Festival television channel.
Nice / Cannes connections
The Festival will provide a transport service from Nice airport to Cannes city for accredited journalists.
