On the occasion of its 70th edition, the Festival de Cannes has created the Photographer's Prize
The Festival wanted to commend the daily work of the press photographers as they also contribute to the legend of Cannes. A jury will choose the 3 most outstanding photos of the day on a daily basis.
The 3 chosen daily photos will be posted on the Festival's website and put up on the Terrasse des Journalistes, Palais des Festivals – floor 4.
The most remarkable photos from the 70th edition competition will be awarded a prize on May 28.
HOW CAN YOU COMPETE?
The competition is open to all the accredited photographers.
There is no set subject. Let your eyes and inspiration run free!
Send your favourite photos (in low definition) each day, before 8p.m. at the latest to concoursphoto@festival- cannes.fr, not forgetting to give them a caption.
Please remember to give us your name (first and last), your agency and your phone number for copyright purposes. The prize winners of the day will be contacted quickly so that they can send us their photos in high definition for online posting and printing.
