Academy Award nominated Willem Dafoe is known worldwide for his vast range as an actor in film, television and stage, choosing his projects for diversity of roles and strong directors. He received his first Oscar nomination for "Platoon" and his second for "Shadow of the Vampire". Dafoe has performed in over 80 films including: Wes Anderson's "Grand Budapest Hotel", Martin Scorsese's "Last Temptation of Christ", William Friedkin's "To Live And Die In LA", Lars Von Trier's "Antichrist", David Lynch's "Wild At Heart", and Anthony Minghella's "The English Patient". He will next be seen in Josh Boone's "Fault in Our Stars", Anton Corbijn’s "A Most Wanted Man", and Abel Ferrara's "Pasolini". Co-founder of The Wooster Group, the New York based experimental theatre collective, Dafoe is currently performing in the international production of Bob Wilson's "The Old Woman".
