During the World War II over 110.000 Japanese Americans, mostly American citizens, were interned in concentration camps in the United States, unconstitutionally, without trial, for no reason other than their racial ancestry.
Our story is about enduring love set against this tragic and neglected period of American history. It is also about family, racism, governmental folly and the eternal stupidity of war.
