Meet the team from Portrait de la jeune fille en feu (Portrait of a Lady on Fire)

Following her trilogy about youth, Céline Sciamma is back in Competition alongside Adèle Haenel with Portrait de la jeune fille en feu (Portrait of a Lady on Fire), a tender feature film set in the world of women painters in the 18th century. The filmmaker and the actress joined other cast members Noémie Merlant, Valéria Golino and Luàna Bajrami to answer journalists' questions on the film, which tells the story of Héloïse, a bride-to-be on a remote island who develops an intimate relationship with a young woman painter commissioned to paint her portrait.
