Synopsis
Two mischievous youths are up to no good in the seaport of Rotterdam. One of them, Jan the Rogue, is protected by a priest who sees him as a kid who was mistreated as a child but is good as heart. He grows attached to him and, on several occasions, saves him from going to jail.
