Actress and singer, Vanessa Paradis shot to fame at the age of 14 with the song "Joe le Taxi", followed by a César-winning performance in Jean-Claude Brisseau’s Noce blanche. She continued to pursue both career paths prolifically, with albums, concerts, tours and films in France and internationally. She recorded six albums and worked notably with Serge Gainsbourg and Matthieu Chedid. Her last album, “Love Songs”, earned her a Victoire de la Musique Award in 2014. On the big screen, her credits include Patrice Leconte’s Girl on the Bridge (1999), Guillaume Nicloux’s La Clef (2007), Pascal Chaumeil’s Heartbreaker (2010), Jean-Marc Vallée’s Café de Flore, for which she won the Canadian Genie Award for Best Actress, Cécilia Rouaud’s Low Profile and John Turturro’s Fading Gigolo in 2012, and Audrey Dana’s Sous les jupes des filles in 2013.
