The award for Best Actress has been given to Bérénice Bejo for Le Passé (The Past), directed by Asghar Farhadi.

After receiving the award from Orlando Bloom, the actress said: “I really didn’t expect this. It’s silly to say that. I want to share this award with all the members of the team and in particular the technicians, whom I wish to thank. Asghar, I love you, I love you so much, I love this film so much. Everything I did in this film is thanks to you. I really didn’t expect this award. Thank you.”
