SHORT FILM COMPETITION – Interviews on a condensation of cinema

The Short Film selections are now in Competition. This year, thirteen directors from around the world are representing nine films. To meet them, we called on Adriano Valerio, the Italian director who won a special mention last year for his short film 37°4 S. Interviews on video and in brief.
 

Absent: Sergey Pikalov and Petra Szőcs

Sergey Pikalov presents Sonuncu (The Last One), a short film about a Second World War veteran, the last on earth.

Petra Szőcs is selected with A Kivegzes (The Execution). This film tells the story of three children in Romania in the nineteen-ninties who repeatedly reenact the execution of the Ceausescus.
