Buoyed by last year's successful first edition of the "3 Days in Cannes " initiative, the Festival de Cannes is running the programme again in 2019 and further developing it.
On two occasions, between 15-17th May and 23-25th May, 18-28 years old film enthusiasts from all over the world will be invited to come and discover the films from the Official Selection.

In 2018, the new "3 Days in Cannes" pass enabled more than 1,700 young attendees - whose enthusiasm was matched only by their passion for cinema - to experience the 71st edition of the Festival. This year, the Festival is renewing and continuing the development of this initiative, dedicated to its mission of sharing and passing on its love for cinema, while also keeping in mind planning for the future and showcasing films on the big screen.

What is it?

A 3-days pass giving access to the Official Selection (Competition, Out of Competition, Special Screenings, Un Certain Regard, Cannes Classics, Cinéma de la Plage) and to the Palais des Festivals, as well as a dedicated programme at Les Arcades cinemas for the final three days.

Passionate cinema lovers from all nationalities and backgrounds aged between 18 and 28.

When is it?

From Wednesday 15th May to Friday 17th May 2019 (accreditations can be collected from Tuesday 14th May) or from Thursday 23rd May to Saturday 25th May (accreditations can be collected from Wednesday 22nd May).
