The Grand Prix goes to Le Meraviglie (The Wonders) by Alice Rohrwacher, presented by the great Italian actress Sophia Loren.
The winner warmly thanked her family, all those who helped her make the film, as well as Thierry Frémaux, who allowed her to come. She personally thanked Sophia Loren for having inspired her to take up this wonderful profession.
