For the past four years, “Behind the Lens” has provided the public with a more personal and diverse view of the event, as captured through the eyes and signature styles of the photographers in attendance at Cannes. A daily rendez-vous in 2016.
I started working on film sets in the 1990s and have shot behind the scenes on more than 160 movies. I have been coming to the Festival de Cannes since 1998 but 2015 was my first year for #artofbehindthescenes when I came with Charles Finch to capture those unique experiences and moments that only happen here. With my photos and videos, I try to bring back some of the Hollywood glamour of the intimate moments caught in the 50’s and 60’s. I love the creative freedom and empowerment of shooting and sharing my work with my Instagram followers- I work to my own agenda, I choose only my favorite images and connect immediately to the talent and their community of fans.
