Rerun of the “Un Certain Regard” selection in Paris
Since the end of screenings for the 79th edition of the Festival de Cannes on the Croisette, the Official Selection has continued its journey across France through partnerships with Pathé, mk2 and UGC.
While the rerun of the Competition is still in full swing, cinephiles eager for new discoveries will also have the opportunity to explore the films of the Un Certain Regard selection, returning to Paris:
- from Wednesday, May 27 to Tuesday, June 2, at UGC Gobelins, mk2 Quai de Seine and L’Arlequin (Cinémas Dulac);
- from Wednesday, June 10 to Tuesday, June 16, at Pathé Convention cinema.
This year, the Un Certain Regard Prize was awarded to Austrian director Sandra Wollner for EVERYTIME.
Made up in part of first features, the Un Certain Regard selection stands alongside the Competition as the core of the Official Selection, spotlighting singular works distinguished by both their subject matter and their aesthetic approach.
A total of 16 Un Certain Regard films will be screened again across four Paris cinemas.
