Marceline LORIDAN

Born in 1928 in Epinal, Marceline Loridan – Ivens is arrested with his father in Bollène (Vaucluse ) in early 1944 and deported to the concentration camp at Birkenau . She returned to France in July 1945. In 1959, she is the leading actress of the film of the Jean Rouch and Edgar Morin’s film Chronique d’un été. She co-directed with Jean -Pierre Sergent, Algérie année zéro (1962).
